I m trying to figure the best way to install the flooring in that area.

How to install vinyl plank flooring as a beginner. There is obviously some grading in the rest of the room but it is very suttle and smooth so i don t think it would be an issue. I was thinking about scribing sleepers in that area to make it flat enough to place the flooring. It s flat ish for most of the room but the 2 feet or so around the drain are sloped quite a bit.
